Here at Cameron Toll, we pride ourselves in excelling in all aspects of Customer Service. Our aim is to give our customers an unforgettable experience that is truly out of the ordinary.

You’ll find safe parking at Cameron Toll with no cost, late night shopping on Thursday and Friday, customer service facilities and, most importantly, a secure, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for your whole family to enjoy.

Toilets

Toilets are open between the hours of 07.30am – 19.00pm, seven days a week. Our disabled/baby changing facility is available at all times. These can be found in the corridor opposite The Works.

Cash Dispensers

Cash dispensers are located at the north entrance at Lloyds TSB and Bank of Scotland. There are also ATM’s at Sainsbury’s and ALDI in the Centre mall.

Foreign Exchange

Foreign Exchange is available in Hays Travel, Tui, Barrhead Travel and Sainsbury’s. Foreign currency can also be ordered for collection from Bank of Scotland and TSB.

Dogs

Cameron Toll is dog friendly. All dogs must be on a short lead with collar or harness. Individual stores will vary. Please click here for a list of our Dog Friendly stores.

Wi-fi

We have Wi-Fi available for customers within the Shopping Centre.

Filling Station

Sainsbury’s has a petrol filling station located in Cameron Toll’s south car park. The filling station is open from 0700-2200 Monday to Saturday and 0700-2030 Sunday.

Photobooth

There is a photobooth located under The Gym stairs, operated by Clearhill, and in WHSmith from which you can get passport photographs, fun photos and stickers.

Timpson also offer a passport photo service in-store.

Postbox

There is a postbox located in the centre mall beside the Customer Service desk.

Security

Our customers’ safety is paramount. A full team of Security Officers is employed to patrol the malls and monitor the surrounding areas via a state of the art digital CCTV system.

All Security Officers are first aid trained and Cameron Toll has the benefit of a defibrillator machine on-site to treat heart attack victims.

Bicycle Storage

We have bicycle racks at both our North and South Entrances. We also have a bicycle repair station for customers to use located at the South Entrance.
