You'll find safe, free parking at Cameron Toll, late night shopping Thursday and Friday, customer services facilities and, most importantly, a secure, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for your whole family to enjoy.

Car Parking
Car parking at Cameron Toll couldn't be easier, with over 1,200 free spaces in secure car parks, which surround the centre.

All of our car parks are monitored 24hours by CCTV- providing you with peace of mind while you shop in the centre. In fact, we have gained a 'Safe Car Park' award from security councils and the Police.

Cameron Toll has recently put a new automated parking system in place to help ensure that those shopping or working at the Centre will have a parking space when they visit. To be honest, anyone using the Centre or visiting the medical centre probably won’t even notice that a new parking system is in place!

Those who will notice however are the motorists who treat Cameron Toll’s car park as a public car park and who abandon their cars here throughout the day.

The simple rules are that five hours of free parking will continue to be provided to everyone parking at Cameron Toll.

What are the parking regulations?

They’re very simple. Free parking will continue to be provided for up to five hours. Anyone parking for over five hours will be receive a parking notice through the post from the Centre’s parking management company, ParkingEye.

What if I do spend more than four hours shopping in the Centre?

The parking management system will automatically post out a penalty notice but anyone who has been in the centre spending money for more than five hours is encouraged to make contact with the centre security team on the day of this visit.

How does it work?

ParkingEye’s vehicle registration recognition cameras are in place at the entrance and exit of the car park. These advanced cameras photograph every vehicle entering and exiting Cameron Toll. Every vehicle registration leaving Cameron Toll will be matched with the database of vehicle registrations entering Cameron Toll and any exceeding the five hour allowance will automatically be issued with a penalty notice by ParkingEye, delivered through the post to the registered keeper of the vehicle.

How much will the penalty notices be and is there a tariff for unpaid penalties?

The parking charge is £80 and is payable to ParkingEye. This charge will be reduced to £50 if paid in the first 14 days but will be increased to £110 if not paid by 28 days. There is also liability for further charges if payment is not received after 28 days.

What if I’m visiting the medical centre and not the shopping centre?

Parking will remain free for you. If you do end up spending more than five hours at the medical centre the automated system will send you a parking notice but we would ask you to get in touch with the Centre Management with evidence of the time spent at the medical centre and we will cancel the penalty notice.

How can I appeal if I think I’ve received a penalty notice in error?

Cash Dispensers
Cash dispensers are located at the north entrance at Lloyds TSB and Halifax and at the entrance to Sainsbury's in the Centre mall.

Foreign Exchange
Foreign Exchange is available in Thomas Cook, First Choice, Thomsons and Going Places.

Toilet Facilities
Our roomy toilets and disabled toilets can be found on both levels. You'll find them downstairs in the corridor opposite JJB Sports and upstairs beside Headlines Hairdressers.

Petrol filling station
Sainsbury's has a petrol filling station located in Cameron Toll's south car park. The filling station is open from 0700-2230 Monday to Saturday and 0730-2030 Sunday.

Dry Cleaning Service
Timpsons now offer an instore dry cleaning service, prices start from £4 and a same day service is also available. For more information, please contact the store on 0131 658 1236.

Photobooth
There is a photobooth located in the centre mall and WH Smiths, from which you can get passport photographs, fun photos and stickers. Timpsons also offer a passport photo service.

Postbox
There is a postbox located in the centre mall, from which the postman collects 4 times a day Monday to Saturday and once on a Sunday at midday.

Security
At Cameron Toll, our customers safety is paramount. A full team of Security Officers are employed to patrol the malls and monitor the surrounding areas via a state of the art digital CCTV system.

All Security Officers are first aid trained and Cameron Toll has the benefit of a defibrillator machine on-site to treat heart attack victims.
